Once payment made, shall not be refundable, except in following cases:
- patient for whom the appointment is sought; dies or any medical care for the patient becomes redundant; or
- if the appointment is cancelled by KHUH due to any unforeseen circumstance
The appointment may be re-scheduled at another date or another time by KHUH or by Customer.
